There are 5 things you need to do over the course of a year to become accredited. You need to firstly put together a Kindness Action plan which outlines:

- Educate your employees about the 12 kindness attributes
- Register your kindness actions
- Measure the results via a Kindness Index (3 questions provided by Kind Group)
- Communicate the results of your year long kindness journey.
