On a cold night in Sydney, I gave a homeless man and his best friend dog some food, water and some money to help.
I assisted a person on crutches at the airport, picking up their bag from the belt, getting them a drink and walking them to the taxi rank.
Taxi driver returned my sunglasses to our office when I left them in his taxi at the airport. Just beyond kind!
Used my expertise to help a friend in the community who didn’t have tech/marketing skills – helped them set up a site with an online calendar for booking clients for their business.
Invited friends for a meal at mine as they have had no power for 7 days.
Bought my neighbor a coffee
On my lunch break an elderly woman was struggling to get out of the driver’s side of her car, the wind was pushing the car door closed. I offered to help, put my arm underneath her arm and lifted her out of the car and held her car door open so the wind didn’t push the door into her. I walked her into the business she was going to and asked the staff to help her to her car once her transaction was finished.
