Working a Sunday shift on-site. Regular patient had asked to start a Webster pack as they were going on a cruise shortly and wanted to try it out before heading off. Found there had been a miscommunication and packs weren't completed yet, so manually packed a month's worth of medicines and delivered it to his house after work.

Had a friend over to raid my wardrobe for some outfits to borrow for some gala events, it's become a yearly thing where when it's gala time in her industry she heads over to see what's new and borrow anything she likes, it's a fun tradition!

Helpled an elderly who thought the carpark ticket machine ate his card. Grateful it was just slotted in, and that he won't need to apply for a new card.

There was an old lay who was waiting for the prescription medicine at our Ramsay Pharmacy, Ovens street. She was waiting in a chair and i found her struggling to put her watch strap on, so i went forward and offered her help, and she was so happy and appreciated my kindness, and she was kind enough to compliment me 💖 Those happy faces brings alot of happiness for the whole day at work!

One of our elderly patients fell over on some uneven pavement slightly down the street of our store. Another pedestrian picked him up and brought him to the pharmacy. He was bleeding and a bit shaken up, so we got some medical supplies and cleaned him up. Another coworker and I then chatted with him for a little while until he felt better. The following Monday he then brought the store a pastry to share, which was very kind of him to do.

A team manager for basketball could not attend a fundraiser for her team, I stepped in to assist so the team did not miss out on the opportunity to raise funds to go towards state titles for netball.

Assisted a person who was technically challenged at a retail store. Provided them support to complete a task that was not only technical but also time critical related to a personal challenge. Their gratitude was immense.

A lady came to the counter crying, asking for period pain relief. I asked if she was ok and instructed her to sit down while I went to get something for her. She sat in the chairs in the centre of the store and I fetched a product for her to suit her needs. I went over the product with her and she continued crying, so I asked again if she was alright. She began to unravel a story of IVF and ectopic pregnancies, so I asked if she wanted to come to the consult desk with me and have a chat. She followed me over and we had a short private conversation and I informed her of other options like the urgent care clinic. I brought the EFTPOS to her and she paid for her tablets while I fetched her a drink. I then told her to take her time and she could remain seated until she felt well enough to go. I was encouraged by manager to tell this story as just a little bit of kindness can go a long way to someone's day.
