One of our long term loyal elerdly customers who lost their wife last year came into work and couldnt see me. I caught him out of the corner of my eye on the security cameras as he was leaving. I chased him down the road to catch up with him, he cries every time he sees me, he says he never gets hugs like the ones i gve him since his wife passed away.
Riki has covered hours for many of our dispensary staff despite being ill herself. Other members of staff have had immediate family members seriously ill and in hospital.
An elderly person was trying to exit a paid car park and could not coordinate payment at boom gate. I went to assist them as they were upset. They were grateful for help in navigating what needed to be done.

Made some home-cooked ‘readily meals’ and shared with family and friends to make life a little easier!
Sent a care package to a friend who is helping support close family relatives who are unwell and is feeling challenged and overwhelmed.
Bought coffee for the team to say thanks for all their hard work – they deserve it.
Told the lady at the coffee shop she had such great energy – it made her smile!
Shared the last piece of chocolate with my husband!

Our neighbours baby wasn’t feeling well, so my daughter and I dropped some saline nasal spray over to save them a pharmacy trip.
