When I found out that our property manager's role was being made redundant, due to a merger with another real estate agency - I emailed her thanking her for all her good work & offering to provide her with a good written reference if that was going to help her find another role

Whilst recently working up in Brisbane for a busy few days, I made sure I had me time to go out for a lovely walk in the sun, down to the Botanic Gardens whilst listening to some good music

I recently had lunch with Cleo at a fantastic new eatery in the Adelaide CBD. Everything was great, so later in the day I took time to put a good review for them on Facebook encouraging others to eat there

Whenever I'm at the supermarket checkout with a big trolley load, if I see somebody behind me with only a few items - I tell them to go in front of me so they don't have to wait too long.

Whilst on holidays in Bali, we made sure to be generous to all the locals serving us (taxi drivers, spa staff, hospitality workers) by giving them some cash tips. We know that a few extra dollars over there can go a long way

On a recent family holiday to Bali, we caught up with somebody there we've known for a while and his family. We bought them all dinner & gave them the equivalent of AUD$100 to contribute to the upcoming schooling for his 4 year old son

We recently had a baby at RPA. The entire team of mid-wives were so incredibly amazing. As a small gesture of gratitude and thanks, we bought gift vouches and cards for all of the mid-wives.

I supported a friend by looking after their small daughter. My boys lent a hand, and we all had a fun time at the playground, having a picnic and walking the dog!

I found a lost dog wandering the streets in my suburb and took the time to ensure he was safe and returned home. The owner was unaware that the dog had gotten out and was incredibly relieved and grateful to have him back. It felt good to help reunite a beloved pet with their family.
