A refugee family presented to our pharmacy with very little english, they seemed confused and had some paper work from Doctor. Turns out they were after our Ramsay Site down the road. They could not understand the directions I was giving them so I escorted them to the Pharmacy down the road, introduced them to the pharmacist to assist. They seemed very grateful that I had walked them down.

My sister isn't well and is feeling a bit useless, so I visited and asked her to do a simple task for me that I couldn't do. This gave us time together to chat and helped her to feel useful. She felt better when I left.

A staff member asked pharmacy for a JP. We didn’t have anyone that was. Usually that is where the conversation ends. My dispense tech knew someone at the public hospital across the road. She personally messaged them to see if they were working that day, set up a time during their lunch break, then advised the staff member. The staff member was so appreciative the tech went out of her way to organise someone.
