Returning from lunch to the pharmacy, I noticed an elderly lady stopped at the top of the escalator. She had several bags and a walking stick. I approached her and asked if she would like some assistance, which she gratefully accepted. She held my hand as I helped her step onto the escalator and continued to hold my hand all the way down. She thanked me for taking the time to assist her, and that she was very thankful, sharing that she had been very worried about falling.
